Portland, OR – Commercial Integrity NW is proud to announce the addition of Liz Tilbury to our team. With an impressive career spanning over four decades and more than $1.7 billion in sales, Liz is a well-respected leader in the multifamily real estate industry, and we are excited to have her join our growing family of professionals.
As the original founding member of Tilbury Ferguson Investment Real Estate Inc., which opened in 1989, Liz provides a wealth of experience in the real estate market, specializing in everything from historic inner-city buildings to modern suburban garden courts. Her expertise and reputation as an apartment broker are unmatched, and her deep knowledge has always been invaluable to clients old, shared and new.
A fifth-generation Oregonian, Liz's extensive experience also includes ownership of multifamily properties in the Portland area, as well as investments in Nebraska and Washington. Her dedication to the commercial real estate field has earned her the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since 1986. This credential underscores her commitment to professionalism and expertise in the industry.
Liz's professional background is complemented by her passion for conservation. She has served on the Board of Trustees for the Nature Conservancy of Oregon and the Board of Friends of Trees, an organization focused on planting trees in the Portland area. Liz's commitment to global causes is equally notable, as she actively supports World Vision and sponsors children across Africa, Southeast Asia, and South America.
