Liz Tilbury is the owner of Tilbury Ferguson Investment Real Estate, Inc., a position she has held since the 1980s. With over $1.7 billion in sales to her name, Liz has established herself as an expert apartment broker, handling everything from historic inner-city buildings to modern suburban garden courts. A fifth-generation Oregonian, she has a deep understanding of the local market and is also an experienced real estate owner, with several multifamily properties in the Portland area, as well as investments in Nebraska and Washington.

Liz has been a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since 1986 and has built her career on a foundation of repeat business. She earned a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Oregon and spent several years as the Oregon Director of an environmental organization. Liz is passionate about conservation and has served on the Board of Trustees for the Nature Conservancy of Oregon and the Board of Friends of Trees, a group dedicated to planting trees in the Portland area.

In addition to her real estate expertise, Liz is committed to global causes, supporting World Vision and sponsoring children in Africa, Southeast Asia, and South America. Outside of work, Liz enjoys spending time on her family’s cattle and timber ranch in southern Oregon, a property that has been in the family since the 1850s. She loves hiking, swimming, gardening, reading, and traveling, and cherishes time with her partner, their Cairn Terrier, their 21-year-old cat, and their three active grandchildren.
