Originally from the East Coast, Melissa made her way west, where she launched her career in California working in operations at two innovative start-up companies in the food industry. Her passion for organization and efficiency was evident as she adeptly crafted smooth workflows and streamlined processes, setting the stage for her future successes. 

Six years ago, Melissa embraced her entrepreneurial spirit and ventured into the beauty industry. This bold move allowed her to explore her creative side and grow both personally and professionally, further enhancing her business acumen. Now, with a diverse background in both start-ups and entrepreneurship, Melissa brings a rich blend of skills and insights to her role at Commercial Integrity NW. 

Outside of work, Melissa finds balance and inspiration in nature, whether she's hiking scenic trails or exploring beautiful coastlines. She also enjoys traveling to learn about different cultures, creating art, and getting lost in a captivating book.
