Marissa, a visual designer with a fervent passion for market strategy, brand identity, and the psychology behind design, has recently joined Commercial Integrity, NW as the Head of Marketing. Based in Vancouver, WA, she brings her dynamic marketing expertise to Portland’s thriving commercial real estate scene.

Marissa’s career began in Metro Detroit, where she designed and executed impactful campaigns for a major event company straight out of school. The thrill of seeing her work on a billboard for the first time ignited her passion for marketing—a joy that continues to inspire her as she watches her strategies come to life. This drive led her to establish Mars Art & Design, her own freelance company, where she crafted comprehensive marketing strategies, promotional materials, and branding packages for a diverse range of clients for four years.

The allure of San Francisco’s vibrant marketing scene and stunning vistas drew Marissa to the West Coast. She made the bold move and her career flourished. She played a pivotal role in growing successful start-ups, to then marketing for Fortune 500 companies, earning her the title of Head Designer and managing a talented team of designers.

After her leap North, at Commercial Integrity, NW, Marissa channels her love for marketing into redefining the company’s market presence. Her creative vision and strategic marketing approach are instrumental in driving CINW's success in the competitive Pacific Northwest market. Marissa’s work reflects her relentless pursuit of innovation and excellence in marketing.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Marissa enjoys hiking, cycling, and exploring the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest, constantly drawing inspiration from her surroundings.
